The Kapiolani Community College Farmer's Market is famous for the wide variety of fruits, vegetables, flowers, beef, seafood, baked breads, hand-made pastas, jams and jellies, honey, baked goods, specialty seasonings, and homemade lotions and creams. The farmers and producers of these goods are at their booths every Saturday morning from 7:30-11:00am.
Ono pops: All-natural popsicles (we tried Kona Latte) |
We were very pleased with our decision to stop of at the Farmer's Market for breakfast before our Diamond Head Crater hike. We were pleasantly overwhelmed with numerous booths of all-natural health foods and owners eager to serve us samples of their products.
Wide variety of local style breakfast plates |
A friend of ours has a family booth selling pineapples. They sell cups of pineapple and also make delicious smoothies which taste like a PiƱa Colada without the alcohol (we each got one for free for being family friends!).

We saved $5 on this delicious smoothie! |
We tried a piece of home-made Margarita pizza from the tomato booth, a beignet (New Orleans doughnut covered in powdered sugar), and lots of free samples!
